885 Woodside Apartments

"I made an appointment online a few days ago for an apartment tour. They sent me an email confirmation on the day of the appointment. When we arrived, nobody was there. They don’t have a dedicated leasing office that welcome guests, so all their doors were locked. We checked entrances on both sides of the building on Woodside and Horgan. We walked around the building to try to find someone from the leasing office to let us in and it’s so awkward. We called their number on phone and on the call box in front of the building and nobody answered. This experience reflects terribly on their administration and logistics."

"My partner and I are so happy we can continue to call this place our home! We've been residents for 3 years and are very satisfied with 885 Woodside for the following reasons: Location: Conveniently located between 2 major highway entrances: 101 and 290. Right across the street from Safeway. Walking distance to restaurants, gas stations, parks, and shopping (Woodside Plaza). 6 minute drive to downtown Redwood City, and downtown Menlo Park! Residence: Everyone respects each others' parcels, food deliveries, and communal spaces like the gym, rooftop, lobby and garage. We feel very safe here. Staff: Marissa, Jose, and Maria are a spectacular team! The property manager works in the lobby regularly; she is professional, friendly, approachable, and gets things done! Jose attends to facilities tickets in a timely manner and is super respectful! Maria visits twice a week and keeps the place tidy and smelling fresh! They keep the lobby stocked with coffee and refreshments! Neighborhood: We are surrounded by redwood trees, palm trees, bamboos and SUNNY weather! We hear birds and see squirrels daily. It's so peaceful here!"

"It's a secure and clean apartment community with great floor plans and amenities. It is close to Safeway, many gas stations, Starbucks, Target, Costco etc. By far I've liked staying here!"

"I’ve been living at 885 Woodside for over 2 years and I can’t see myself living anywhere else in Redwood City. The building was originally built to be condominiums - so the finishes are much nicer than average apartments! Limestone/granite counter tops, pebble stone floor showers, gas stoves, large refrigerators, crown molding, and thick walls. It’s luxury living! It’s a 5-story building with 42 units, and 2 elevators. I appreciate that it’s extremely quiet, safe, and private. I hardly ever see anyone in the hallways or amenities. The gym has a peloton and the roof has many seating areas and 2 grills. The new property manager Marissa is friendly, approachable, and works in the lobby during the day so it’s easy to access her for immediate inquiries. José (facilities maintenance) is quick with completing service orders, respectful, and reliable. Maria the housekeeper comes twice a week and keeps the place tidy and sanitized. The team keeps the lobby festive and stocked with refreshments. Location is awesome! It’s walking distance to Safeway, Lucky’s and various restaurants, shopping, and highway entrances (280 and 101). It’s a 6-minute drive to downtown Redwood City. There is gated garage parking and plenty of residential street parking for guests. The building sits on the border of Woodside and Atherton - I enjoy walking around the neighborhood to admire all nice houses! What I love best about the location is being surrounded by Redwood trees, good weather, and hearing the birds and squirrels daily. The neighboring homes are beautiful, just like the apartment. I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family!"

"I've lived at 885 Woodside for a year and a half and love it! The area is super convenient with grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is great for walks/runs. The building and parking are secure. The apartments themselves are very nice with high end details. The building is quiet and well-kept. Maintenance is fast and management is responsive. It really is just a great place to live!"
