"This is a motel, not a hotel. Having stayed at several Best Western pluses, I was expecting a reasonable 3* hotel experience, not a basic motel. The desk worker was friendly but the room was dirty, a zip tie was holding the light and the ground floor direct access was uncomfortable. We walked into our room and left to go stay somewhere nicer after 15 minutes for not much more money. Sorry but this is not a 3* hotel."

"The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was provided in the lobby however it was very cramped so it was hard to enjoy the Starbucks coffee, oatmeal bar and pancake machine. The front desk workers were nice and accommodating. It was hard to sleep in past 7-8am in the morning due to loud guests and housekeeping slamming doors and playing music."

"It was strange that there was indoor tile outside. It was very slippery in the rain. I would not recommend for older visitors. The rooms were okay, but you could tell there had been a remodel or update with a subpar carpenter. There was also no warm water in the shower in the morning, but there had been warm water in the evening. The person working at the front desk was friendly and registered us quickly."

"This place is getting a face lift and it looks good. The front desk (day/night) were nice and just hands down good! Our room was the bottom corner and was spacious (used to be the gym in the old days). Every was new and the bathroom was top of the line. Breakfast was okay and had a good selection - bacon was thin and crispy mmmm. Did I mention they have a Starbucks coffee maker? YUP, see (picture) for yourself There is a fast food place around the corner and a Mexican store across the street! What surprised me were the towels - fluffy, absorbent and didn't smell like chlorine!"

"I stayed in the hotel about 3 days, the room is very clean and comfortable. The community is quite too at night. The service is very sweet. I left some of my personal id and credit cards, and just reminded it 1 hour before my flight, I made call to the hotel, Nelson and his teammates helped me out. Really appreciate it, will definitely choose it for my next trip to Menlo Park."
