"We recently moved in, and it has been such a wonderful transition. Not only is the location beautiful and surrounded by giant trees in a quiet neighborhood, it is also just such a friendly environment to be in. It started with the office staff being welcoming and checking in during our move. After we settled in we were “warned” that everyone is friendly, and they were not wrong. Every neighbor is quick to say hello and introduce themselves, which is rare these days! Also, we appreciate how dog friendly the complex is. We love the dark park, dog wash, and how the entire complex was basically built around the idea of having you and your dog feel welcome and comfortable. We are so happy to have found Flora!"

"I've loved living here, and highly recommend Flora if you're looking for a great place to live! It's a very nice building, and great people work here. Matt and Joseph do a fantastic job keeping the building and the grounds beautiful, and planning thoughtful upgrades like the new mailboxes we got recently. I feel extremely safe here. The shared spaces are always clean, and there is a nice pool and a beautiful landscaped courtyard that I love. The building is on a peaceful residential street, and the first floor patios are so spacious (I've added a photo)! Matt and Joseph have been exceptional to work with, and have really made Flora a special place to call home. Both of them truly care about the residents, and their professionalism makes Flora stand out as a great place to live. Matt is very approachable, friendly and helpful. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond the call of duty to make our experience at Flora great, for which I'm so grateful. He made the move-in process so easy and seamless, and he throws really nice community events. We transferred units a few months ago, and he made that process seamless as well. And maintenance is always stellar, which is a huge perk to living here! Joseph is very quick to respond to any maintenance requests. He is quite knowledgeable, friendly, and always thoroughly explains everything. He has helped us so much, and we really appreciate him."

"This apartment home property, called Flora Condominium Rentals in Walnut Creek, CA is the first rental i've lived in for 7 years, after having stayed with family in Berkeley, CA previously, and only finally moved out because of needing my own space again. It was the second property i looked at, after an appointment i had at the Meridian across the street which i found online; but when i first drove up to the street and parked in front of Flora Apartments for my meeting next door, i felt an instant overwhelming positive emotion come over me while looking at the property, that made me sense somehow, this would be the place i ended up in. Unlike the other place, Flora is gated, and very secure, and wonderfully landscaped and peaceful. After looking at only 2 more places that same day, i nabbed the lower unit i'm currently in, (which has a spacious sunny patio that my little Cocker spaniel fully enjoys) and still had 2 weeks to back out. I checked out at least 10 other places in the area within that time, and my heart always brought me back to Flora, because of the many amazing perks and tender resident-care they offer their tenants. The current managers (Darren Wright, and Matt Badalamenti) are so kind, wonderful, caring, friendly, supportive, and communicative, and the amenities and thoughtful considerations that go into being a renter here are outstanding and highly comfortable. They make living so easy and effortless for one monthly payment...from the Dog bathing tub, the onsite gym, and 24 hour credit card accepted laundry facilities, to the gorgeous, plush, nature-filled court-yard, complete with sufficient and always stocked dog-poop bags and dispensers. I literally wake up every morning to the sounds of squirrels running up and down redwood trees outside my window. The grounds keeper does an amazing job weekly keeping the walk-way areas clean from debris, and they pick up your recycling from outside your apartment door. I am saving to buy a place one day, but won't live anywhere else other than FLORA Apartments until that happens! I've thoroughly enjoyed the 6 months of my stay here, and look forward to many more as my life is still in the stage of needing to rent; this place beats all :)"
