"I’ve lived at the Kingstons place for about a year and a half. Loved the area, the parking was very accessible, great supermarkets and stores near by. The apartment itself is very spacious love that great to host small gatherings with friends and family."

Regrettably, the policies in place have proven to be intransigent and unsympathetic, as tenants have faced difficulties in reclaiming their security deposits, regardless of the meticulous care taken to maintain their units. Therefore, it is in your best interest to explore alternative housing options."

"Living here isn't the greatest... they have plenty of theft... and the exercise room is 25 dollars a month for two pieces of equipment... treadmill and stair master ... this is a ripoff... even more... charges for pool access... there are terrible neighbors, crime, dog owners never clean up the doo, sidewalks not even straight nor safe !!! And the landlord is a vile liar...we just recently received word more detectives had moved in... means time to bar the corporate crime to break itself... PERIOD!"

"Going straight to the point: Pros: Nice location, close the Plesant Hill Bart 12mins walk, close to shopping centers and all. Apt complex is clean for the most part, management are alright at responding to problems, was a decent price $1,640 for 2bds, 1.5 baths. Cons: Management have office hrs from like 9-5:30 Monday thru Friday but really never there (calling them and leaving message is the only way), they go up on rent after lease is over by alot ex my rent was $1,640/m, after my lease the asked if I resigned a 1yr lease it would be $1,890/m or $2,100 for 6m or $2,300 for month to month. Honestly the apt isn't bad, well kept but not worth $1,890. Just don't be surprised when they raise your rent after your lease is up if you move, that's the main con."
