Creekside Terrace Apartments

"The rent prices must reflect the surrounding area and the surrounding area only. Upwards of $3k a month for apartment buildings that flood when it rains. And I mean FLOODS. but do not expect them to do anything more than bring in a giant fan to dry your carpets. Every time that it rained for an entire year in our unit, rain water would flood through the poorly installed/sealed upstairs window. At no point did they replace or repair it. If the flooding isn’t bad enough, there are rats. There were infestations in our barbecue, in our fire pit, they even make it up to the second story balconies, which are covered in rat droppings. Whoever owns these apartments needs a reality check. The rent needs to be lowered or the entire building needs to be updated to REFLECT the high price people already paying. Not to mention your car windows will be smashed out in your parking space, and there’s zero surveillance. Don’t move here unless you have a bunch of money you feel like throwing away."

"We’d lived here just under 2 years. The latest team of Management (Mandy) and Maintenance (Ron) are the pillar of this review; they’re phenomenal. They really care and are extremely responsive to issues brought up in the complex. The only reason we’re leaving is due to buying a home in Clayton. Otherwise, I’m sure we’d be here another 2 years. The location and price point is very competitive. The neighbors are family friendly and reasonable. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone in the area on the fence."

"Me and my family has been living here in Creekside for more than 3 years. We are enjoying the location very close to downtown area. Since the new manager and Maintenance started here the thing has been take care with time manners. Love the experience to living here at Community"

"I lived here for 7 months. The apartment is nice & spacious and I loved it. But the management made the whole experience so painful. Right from the beginning - I had to go through so many threads of emails without prompt replies, so many calls without having them answered by the management. The location is super pretty and convenient but the management is so reckless and irresponsible that it is not worth the positives. They would not respond at all for any of your maintenance issues nor give you a call back if you left voicemails. Just a huge hassle living here. Eventually, I terminated my lease earlier than the lease length. The new onsite manager (Mandy) seems responsible and helped me through the lease termination. But that didn't make up for the painful living experience. Giving one star since I cannot give zero stars."
