"I've been living at Alta Waverly for about 6 months now and am consistently impressed with how great management is! During the touring and signing process, Faze was a great leasing professional. He was very thorough when answering questions and did not make me feel pressured to make a decision. Even now after 6 months, he and the other team members are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy! With every apartment complex there are bound to be problems, but what I really appreciate about Alta Waverly is that they communicate to the residents so that we have an understanding of what is going on. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex to others interested in living in the Oakland area."
