"Previous management was GREAT now they are run by a terrible property management company. They kept my entire security deposit of $2650 and replaced the cheap carpet with Pergo and tried to make me pay for it.The day before our court date they FINALLY returned my call and gave my deposit back. If they try to do this to you take them to court!"

"Trash! Was exceptable when Darla was there.Management will raise your rent every year. Happened to me.No parking. Get home from work and have to walk from one end of the complex to the next. And it’s on a 3 steep hills.everyone hates it.Park on street and risk car being stolen or broken into.Nowhere for kids to play.A little area but it’s hardly exceptable for the AMOUNT of rent and utilities you will pay.Look out for the huge possums running loose @ night."
