"NO REFUNDS. Floor in bathroom 307 is falling apart, sink overflowed, front half of parking lot is blocked off due to theft, smells just as bad. Do not save ur money. Spend a little more to be safe.Needed a refund the second night due to having more kids with us the second night. The manager never looks you in the eye. First, they say no refund because we booked on a bookings site. Contacted booking site, they say it's up to the hotel and they have to wait for a response from the hotel. I was in the office and on the phone with booking, and still the manager refused to acknowledge me or the person on the phone. Yelling no refunds. The disrespect these boys have for women is disgusting. The fire sprinkler was leaking, and the lock on the door was broken. Their are a lot of cameras for how run down this place was."

"This place is absolutely disgusting. I reserved a non-smoking room and walked into a room smelling like an ashtray. I told the front desk and he didn't move us rooms, all he did was go spray something in the room that wore off quickly. I'm guessing they only have non smoking rooms if you say you want it but not in reality. My 2 year old son had black socks from walking in our room. Long story short, only go here if you are on a Crack binge. That's seriously what this place is used for. I felt so gross after staying here but didn't even want to use the cigarette burned shower. There was a literal piece of paper towel stuffed into a hole in the window curtain. Just plain trash. Go elsewhere please."

"Was OK but management has been placing me in the worst rooms even though i clean up before leaving. This even after telling me to make reservations and I do, he still states that he only has the one room type with something broken or next to noisy rooms. Today the shower head was broken and spraying water in multiple directions, and the fan also didn't work with the cover plate hanging down. The TV only gets 5 channels, including the channel guide, next to someone next door playing music loudly to the late hours. I've tried being a gentleman by speaking directly to them but here we are, so I will continue to post like this until it changes."

"Room was dirty! It had a ball of hair under ac. After complaining, staff and the to sweep the floor and it had so much dirt. Room had 1 towel for 3 people. I had requested more and front staff said they will take them to my room. Night time came and I called and front staff wanted to charge me an extra person and was yelling at me. Didn’t gave me towels. Bedding sheets were old, dirty and with holes. Restroom door didn’t lock. Restroom was dirty with a lot of hair. Something bit us while we were sleeping."
