"A little higher than some, but clean and pretty quiet. Visible security,pleasant staff,and a great spread for breakfast. I stay here often. 1 to 4 days at a time. Sm gym,laundry,pool. Close to shopping and food. Who wants to hurry home?!?"

"HORRIBLE, why can’t you contact a live person at the hotel? I’ve been trying for months. I have an unauthorized charge on my card from this hotel. My daughter booked a stay back in October 2023. She has been charged twice for this stay. I’ve called or attempted to contact the hotel and never get to speak with anyone. I get sent to a full voicemail. Cooperate can’t help. I’ve attempted to call GM Rohan Patel and was given was transferred to another full voicemail. A case has been opened with Choice hotels. They too are unable to contact anyone. I need someone to contact me immediately for a refund for the whole stay. Check your bank statements if you’ve stayed at this place!! 1/25/24 Update, I’m requesting a refund. I have no plans on staying somewhere where the number on the site doesn’t connect you to a live person at the hotel. I need the manager to contact me immediately. Choice Hotels customer service has the case number and my contact. Or give me a working number to call to speak with someone!!"

"The security that works nights is amazing! He was so helpful he even helped carry my family and my own bags in. Would not take a tip, that man is very nice an I never leave reviews but I would stay there just for the fact that he does a magnificent job and he should get a raise that man is one who deserves one, Thank you for everything you not only have the skills to be security, but customer service skills that had me thinking he was manager, just a hard worker all around! Thank you!"

"good price & great location as it is just few minutes away from six flags. with nearby restaurants and grocery store. We arrived early around 1pm. Went there to check in early (as we always do in other hotels) to drop our things and change our outfit before heading to six flags, unfortunately receptionist did not allow us and accepts only early check in at 2pm, but we cannot wait till 2pm bec. six flags is only open till 7pm. I would have given 5 or more than 5 star (if there is any)-if only the receptionist let us check in early. Breakfast is free. Food is good, sausage-bacon-egg with cheese-etc. but I hope they serve it in a bigger container or kitchen staff will refill the small containers faster, as well as the bottled water bec. fridge is also small and the contents are easily gone with the number of hotel customers taking breakfast. Room is good. with small Microwave, fridge & coffee maker inside. bed is comfortable."

"Could have been better, honestly. The need a door for the shower, the TV was in a very weird, inconvenient, awkward spot, and our room happened to be in a corner away from the other rooms. I don't know if we just got the end of the stick or what, even though we booked a room a week in advance. And there was a bug in the bathroom when we first came in and someone left their food in the fridge and no one cleaned it out when we arrived."
