"Nice size apts. Has a small pool. Seems like a nice enough place. My friend lives there and he complains the maintenance is horrible. His toilet was leaking and it took the guy about 2 weeks and then said it was his fault and didn't do anything. I looked at it and tightened up a gasket and it's fine now. Maybe I should charge them for my services or let them know I'm available if they need someone to fix stuff. Lol"

"I lived at Atherton Green for about a year and a half, and can't say much positive about it. They don't have in-person property managers at the site, despite what their ads say. No one you can take an issue up with. Every now n then, you'd see a random face sitting in the office who is there "just for the week" and is unable to help with any questions or issues. They are also invariably rude to residents. I literally had one of them close the office door on my face after I requested her supervisor's contact information. Lastly, and quite importantly, their mail storage areas are insecure and packages get lost frequently. The building doors malfunction often (and hence remain unlocked), so strangers have access to the insides. Not a great place to live at, certainly not for families."
