Ignacio Gardens Apartments

"The Alex Mendoza review is a lie. I was one of Alex’s neighbors and moved out because of his car. I lived at ignacio gardens for 16 years and was forced to move because I had two children under 10 and he would wake them up daily. Alex would get up at 4am and idle his car for 30min. His car was obnoxiously loud. Myself and 3 other neighbors complained to Christopher and the manager that took over for Christopher for a few months. Alex came to me and asked if I was ok with his exhaust. When he did, he was extremely aggressive. I didn’t say I was ok with it. I told him he was always waling my kids up. Alex was also aggressive and rude to Christopher’s wife when she was walking their baby. He yelled at her and cussed her out when she was walking their baby. I stepped out and got in front of him because of his aggressiveness towards a woman with a baby. To be honest, you should have been kicked out or your parents (who were extremely nice) should have kicked you out. Who do you think was complaining to Christopher about your car? Christopher was VERY nice and outgoing. He stayed on top of everything. When we had an issue, he had his maintenance guys out quickly. When he started, the apartments had a BAD reputation, and he cleaned it up. He always made me and my neighbors feel welcome and appreciated. He upgraded our appliances for us and they didnt need too. He actually offered. He was fair and equal to me and all my neighbors. I was sad when he left. In summary, this place was very nice and would still be living here if Alex didnt run us out."

The manager Chris sucks as a manager , I had a car with an exhaust and all my neighbors were ok with it b/c I ask them if they complained and if my car was to loud and they said NO my car was fine . So what Chris did he made false complaints just so my car has to be out side , when the new manager dangello came very nice very respectful says hi to everybody and never have I had a problem with him , now Chris is back in the picture . WERE LEAVING THE APARTMENTS BECUASE OF CHRIS The manager . He watches the cameras more then he does his job , also his pathetic wife of his thinks she runs the apartments as well , if Chris or his wife don't like you they will mugg you and make you feel so comfortable , Home is where your suppose to feel safe but Chris and his wife are always after people , PEOPLE PLEASE IF YOU READ this Go somewhere else don't come here , you will feel so uncomfortable and feel like he's watching you every little step you take , Alex Mendoza"
