"Unsafe, apartment ransacked by maintenance, drug dealing neighbors of many, bioallergen used, damaged items, still have all evidence, 45 pics, fingermarkings, not taken seriously. Displaced severely disabled. Ransacked 21 days after moving in after regular targeted harassment and racial stare downs, concerning behaviors that management said she would supervise that things would finally get done after so many appointments and unfinished work and text after. But I came to my apartment trashed, a full change of story with no explanation or empathy except i can move. Life turned upside down in targeted crime. White hate punched in reaissance painting womans face, man's groin, 2 other items in. Evidence. Maintenance aggressed since day 1. Severely disabled lifelong, use cane. 1st day car blocked in by maintenance when ample parking, ongoing agressive, ordered around, macho, power trips crazymaking until I came back to my whole life trashed left like a party scene before inspection the drug dealing neighbors getting worked up for. Novato Police didn't take seriously, only wrote incident. Wouldn't let me talk to say what happened or finished sentence, aggressive to shut down story. Still have 45 pictures of everything trashed, gone through or missing. Had to replace everything and be displaced over 4 months getting medical care when mostly bedridden. Came back to more staredowns, drug dealing announce that I'm here. Neighbors tell me they're afraid for their lives. Night yelling from drug dealers, ongoing intimidation, making sure you always who's in power. Told it is a cocaine mafia illegal operation. Beautiful place but stolen like a third world country. No apology or explanation from the company. Instead complaining about my messaging and relating like i'm crazy. I can move out early but somehow after moving in credit dropped over a hundred points in a month, mail didn't come for a month and a 1/2 still dont know. Regular important pieces of personal mail missing with no explanation. After keyless entry download my whole computer systems got hacked more than I've ever had to deal with that. Working on replacing everything. Lost a lot of old emails. I only had good to bring here, concerned and hope to protect others"

"Consider another place if you care about customer service. The inability to speak to a person when calling the number foreshadowed the quality of customer service-- the worst out of all the apartments in the area. The only option when calling the number is to leave a message. I visited the place and did not feel welcomed at all. The exterior isn't great, the layout of the rooms are poor, and the interior is mediocre (at best). The review gets 2 stars instead of 1 star because the person showing me the rooms was knowledgeable enough, answered questions, and didn't say anything offensive. However, it was clear that he was not going to tell me anything about the apartments unless I asked. I wouldn't be surprised if someone already signed on the rooms I visited, and the viewing was to humor my inquiry."
