Crossbrook Apartments

"Price online for a two bedroom two bath was $2,200-2,300, (there direct website pricing) called and asked about it, they told me $3,100 is the cheapest option for a 1 bedroom 1 bath, and $3,800 for a 2 bed 2 bath. I asked multiple times why the website showed different prices and was told “prices are subject to change” and “that’s just the starting price”. I then told her I wasn’t interested and she replied by telling me she had set an appointment for me to view an apartment. TL:DR - Shady as hell, inaccurate online pricing, pushy"

"Beautiful location. There’s a beautiful walking trail right behind the apartments that leads to campus. The apartments are great, ours didn’t have an air conditioner. Overall, lots of amenities. The pool is great. Apartment laundry facility takes cards and there is an Amazon locker at the property. Limited parking availability in the apartments as well as surrounding neighborhood."

"Convenient location, great amenities, parking is okay but does get somewhat full fairly quickly. Also lock your cars and take your valuables out because homeless people will break in at night. Oh and the hot water frequently goes out in the mornings."
