"The only positive thing i can mention was the pharmacist Mike, he was the only reason it took 5 phone calls and attempts versus 10-to obtain meds for my kiddo. Kinda felt as though the other ppl just gave me a quick answer without any real effort. Example... initially only one med was ready upon pick-up, come to find out- second med needed special order-no one informes me of this until my second call. Third call and Mike ordered the liquid form of the meds i needed when i called the third time in the evening..he confirmed meds would be at the pharmacy the following day. So when i called the following day and the guy said it needed to be ordered again-i about lost my cool...when i explained it should have already been ordered-things were finally resolved."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. For the life of me I don’t understand why it takes over a week to transfer a prescription. It is ONE phone call. I called them to try and push it along, the pharmacist said they had to wait for the other pharmacy to initiate the transfer. Seriously? Why is this so difficult? No sympathy for the patients whatsoever, don’t bother coming here."

"I swear this is the worst service I've received at any pharmacy. I moved my prescription from VA with a new doctor in SD. 3X now in 3 months, I've gone up there after receiving numerous texts, an email and the online service stating that my prescription is ready, get there, they have no idea what I'm talking about..."repeat your name for the 5th time please".. EVERY TIME I'm told "We can have 1 ready in 25 minutes the other we'll have to fax a request." They are never apologetic and they make you wait in line again to come back up to the counter. I say I'll just come back tomorrow, return and it's still not ready!!!!! Not even the 1 you said yesterday would be ready in 25 mins. They send my prescription request to my old doc in VA who denies it obviously!!! WTF are you people doing?! It's like 8 people working here, more than I've seen anywhere else and they are still the worst! As soon as I get this next refill I'm switching pharmacies! Update: 5/19 went up there today because again I've received texts and automated calls. Stand in line 15 minutes, go up to counter give my info. "We have nothing ready for you sir, please go stand in the drop of line." What?! Why did you call and text me? Not sure sir please ask in drop offs. Left and switched my second and final prescription from them, rather pay more somewhere else than keep having my time wasted. That's a wrap."

"Love them! They make going to the pharmacy so easy. Never a long wait over the phone or to get my medications. Very friendly and helpful staff."
