"I had such high hopes that the wonderful friendly people in the Pavilions Pharmacy would be able to handle my prescriptions. I was disappointed. They never answer the phone. It sometimes takes two or three days to finally contact someone there. Although most of the staff is lovely and helpful, I did happen to have a very negative encounter with one of the pharmacy staff who answered the phone, but then said she didn’t really have time to talk to me and hung up. Why did she bother to answer the phone? I would love to support my neighborhood pharmacy, but I’m afraid I just cannot do it under the current circumstances."
