"This pharmacy and pharmacist like to make up their own laws. I recently moved from San Francisco. I attempted to pick up my medication, but the pharmacy technician said that because my medication was prescribed in NORTHERN California they could not release it. I didn't know Northern California was another state(!) They also LIED about the date that I was allowed to pick up the medication. I went directly to Walgreen's pharmacy and had no problem. Beware of this pharmacy."
"Although I go there rarely, they always find have the right solution. But in Ralphs itself I’m almost every single day. Why? Well, they are simply the best, indeed! 5 stars for Ralphs in general."
"Shopping at Ralph's is easy and interesting, and the staff is very friendly. The layout of the store is very clear. There is a full-service meat counter, fish counter, and deli. There is a pharmacy and they will be one of the first vaccination distribution points in the county."
"I've used Ralph's Pharmacy for my prescription drug plan for a couple of years, and the service has always been great. Recently, when Costco was back ordered on my dog's medication (my Rx plan doesn't cover my dog), Melody had the Rx transferred to Ralph's and then help me save hundreds of dollars by alerting me to some possible coupons on-line. Turned out that Ralph's was less expensive with the coupons (and more convenient) than Costco. Ralph's is now my Dog's and my Pharmacy. THANK YOU MELODY!"
"Ralph’s pharmacist’s are alway professional. But professionalism is just one of there great qualities. I have been going there for years. They are kind and caring and have gone out of there way for me many times. Their Pharmacy tech Melanie is smart and amazing at her job. They are fast and never make you wait for long periods of time. I could elaborate on all the good qualities but just remember this. If you want a pharmacy and pharmacist’s that are knowledgeable but treat you like a family then choose Ralph’s. My true gratitude to the whole staff for everything they have done for me."
