"Staff enjoys being really rude. Like mimic you,, disrespectful rude. They like to get upset when called out for not doing their job. They enjoy deflecting the lack of service with requests for you do their leg work instead of apologizing and correcting their errors.. I've Complained to management but service doesn't improve. Also, manager never seems to be in to receive complaint directly. Either manager is truly never there which would make sense for the terrible service since no one supervises or corrects behavior. Or they like to lie so they are not accountable for their actions."
