"Horrible pharmacy, just the worst. It's so difficult to get meds here. For one thing, it's absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone. I understand that they're busy, but this is no way to treat customers! I've gone there before without checking if they have my meds, but now I'm conserving my energy and ascertaining that they have them beforehand. I've been calling and calling and calling them this morning, all without any luck. Truly pathetic!"

Then got frustrated and said just write down the info and we’ll do it tomorrow. It was address and birthday. insane 2 days later return- sorry insurance said we’re Not a preferred pharmacy. Never called to notify. Turns out they entered it wrong and still had to wait 30min."

"I just came from Vons Pharmacy on Washington Street where everyone was gazing into a computer. I stood outside the plexiglass panel for a while and finally called for help. The woman there looked annoyed. I had a simple question which she answered in an equally annoyed tone. On the table beside me was a form to transfer my prescriptions from my current pharmacy to Vons. Not a chance. This should be your overriding motto: NOTHING ON A COMPUTER SCREEN IS AS IMPORTANT AS A REAL LIVE PERSON IN FRONT OF YOUR COUNTER! At least some acknowledgment that I was there would have been welcome."
