CVS Pharmacy 8260 Mira Mesa Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92126

"Came in for one (very common, readily available) prescription that was already sent over from urgent care and was told approximately 20 minutes wait time by the pharmacist.There were 10 people in line behind me. I grabbed the rest of my OTC items and sat patiently the waiting area. After an hour, all ten people behind me had already picked up their scripts and another 10-15 came in dropped off and picked up their scripts. Went to check on mine and was told to sit on the waiting area. 30 minutes and 6-7 more scripts were filled when I finally went back up. Was told it wasn’t ready again. Went to the consult window and after another 5-10 minutes of waiting, asked what would take so long that 15-20 others were filled while I was waiting. I was told, “Oh your script is ready, it has been”. Went back to the pick up counter and was given attitude for picking up my prescription that I saw get put in the basket almost an hour earlier. Had to call after getting home and realizing the dosage instructions were not specified and sat on hold for 30 more minutes before I drove back to the pharmacy to verify dosage. This was THE WORST customer service I’ve ever seen."

"Not open 24/7 despite someone answering the phone. Gave a very vague answer for when they would open. Wasted my time for a 3:30 am emergency trip."

I’m thankful that despite being busy, they put up with my persistent, and made sure I left satisfied. Thank you Naz, and everyone else who helped me."

"5-stars because the staff were so helpful with prescription I had for a family member, and could accommodate my request even though they were so busy. The only problem with the store was that it was too busy, long lines. The pharmacist provided detailed and important notes about the side effects of two of the pills, which was essential. I’m thankful to them!"
