"I have been a resident at Avant for nearly a decade and I've seen this place go through many changes. For the location, variety in unit layouts, security presence/response, and lack of bugs/pest problems that so many other communities around the city are facing, Avant is a gem. Additionally, every resident I've spoken with or greeted in the hallways has been super nice and respectful. The cleaning crew and maintenance teams are some of the best you'll find. And out of all the community management personnel I've encountered here, Jonathan has truly gone above and beyond. He's attentive to the residents' issues, serious about finding solutions, and deeply cares about making the living experience here a positive and enjoyable one. He gets 5 stars in my book! And yes, as with any complex, there will be issues from time to time. The walls seem to be getting thinner than they use to be so I hear neighbors more often than I'd like and the new residents in recent years just don't care about doing their part to maintain the cleanliness and peaceful environment we once had here. But overall, I am happy to be resident at Avant and think you won't be making a mistake if you choose for this pet-friendly community to be your next home too!"
