"Have a friend who lives here. Pick him up & take him to the DN Senior Center for lunch!! This is a nice area, kept up well & you can buy your own trailer!! I believe its all seniors who live here! Ill check but pretty sure!! Located next to a thrift store & an outdoor yardsale place that opens Friday & Saturday."

"Well it s looks should say it all but not here way bad managers imposed charges that were a part of space rent. It's not what the laws states improper adjustsments . And ordered to change to back 600 dollars space rent no w/s no cable .no garbage service what is the law all other parks include in space rent. And under 400 a space . All above services so many empty. Homes from over the top.anlawful charges. Those who left had to give up there homes. 255.70 9 years ago now 600 yeah .....so talk to residents"
