"The room was disgusting, broken tiles or missing broken curtains mold in the bathroom and very small. Remote for the TV didn't work asked for new batteries but at the moment they didn't have any well a day later still no batteries. Would not recommend staying here."
"The room was supposedly newly renovated, I flip houses. It was a paint job , lipstick on a pig. The room stunk of paint and wet mud, half the outlets did not work if renovating you do all not just paint. Room was very tight. Had to squeeze between bed abd table to sit on chair, squeeze to get to bathroom, so small kept walking into the door frame with my left shoulder if not dance around the toilet. Room is very noisy located between two main roads and cheap windows not sound proof felt like I was sleeping on street. People coming and going all times of night might as well sleep in car. I'm sure with nicer furniture, a king bed instead 2 queens for space, soundproof windows, more elbow grease from staff, microwave was also dirty, or more supervision from management this could be a cute place Ps nothing they can change but heads up if you pulling a trailer do not come here, no way to turn around only way to get out back up into busy one way street"
"The place must be owned by a slum lord!!! I honestly don't even know where to start. I feel so bad for ANY housekeeper that works here. I not blaming them, I watch them work their butts off to do their very best. I put the blame on the person who owns Pacific Inn. To the person who owns it, either start putting some love and care into it (AKA money) or just sale the dam place. I will not blame the people who work for you. It's YOUR FAULT!!!! I made a reservation here for a non smoking room, and the room we got smells like Marijuana, cigarettes and beer! I wanted so badly to change rooms, however, SOMEHOW TO MY SURPRISE, there where no rooms left and it was too late to go anywhere else. So I managed to suffer for the night. Thank God I found no bed bugs. The place needs a serious renovation badly. The smoke detector is out dated, the AC outlets are so old and the plugs to the lamps, fridge, microwave and fan are barely holding into the outlet, they keep wanting to fall out. The Air conditioner is not only out dated, it doesn't even work so we were provided a fan, the paint on the walls and door are coming off, there is some weird yellow splatter all over the walls of the room, the non smoking room isn't really breathable, and the window screen has been broken into. In the morning our throats hurt from breathing in the bad air. Plus at checkout, there was nobody at the front desk and the door was locked. There was a towel blocking the window where you turn in your room keys. I pushed the towel aside and put the room keys as far as I could push it in. Also, we were told to take out our own trash to the dumpster in the morning. Which we did. I will not stay here again. I suggest no one else does either."
"Checking in was easy, especially as our camp was turned into a lake. Both front desk personnel were nice and friendly. Unfortunately, and while this review is late into the evening, did find two long, unknown hairs on one of the pillows. We asked for extra towels and it looks as if one of them was missed as there was a red stain on it. It's a good place to get off the road, out of the rain, or just have a roof over your head for the night though."
"Super budget oriented lodging but seemed more for people needing a place to live versus needing a room for the night. There were tons of homeless, mentally ill folks walking around yelling at themselves day and night. The office staff are difficult to find and at times simply weren't at the property at all! I was locked out of my room when my key failed to work and waited outside in the cold with my young child for over 30 minutes before someone showed up to open my door! The room itself is incredibly outdated, NONE OF THE OUTLETS WOULD HOLD A PLUG! My microwave was corroded inside and toxic. My fridge leaked water everywhere! The beds and bedding were terrible. The curtains barely hung properly from the rod and didn't keep out the light at all! It was either freezing or too hot. I found evidence of cockroaches under the bathroom sink and the hot water ran out after just minutes! Avoid staying here if possible!"
