"Very cozy and close to everything which made it easy with kids. All basic essentials such as coffee, creamer, a toaster and other snacks available. Vons is 1-2 minutes away (walking distance) so that was nice as well. Highly recommend for families who want to be close to everything. Anything you want to visit is in walking distance. Jeanie is very accommodating, responds quick to any questions you may have and is very kind. She came by and brought something for my kids to do at the beach which was very thoughtful. We appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend to stay here for a visit."

"Charming place to stay! Perfect walking distance to and from the green pleasure pier and Crescent Avenue where everything is located. Loved having the refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in our one bedroom. Such a comfortable trip! Highly recommend."

"Jeanie was super responsive even just an hour or two after booking! She, as advertised, picked us up from the harbor in her golf cart and transported us and our luggage back to the unit. The unit itself was adorable, quaint, and decorated with local items and artwork. It was super clean and had exactly the amenities we needed while we gallivanted across the island. The location is perfect and it is tucked away enough to be quiet but only a 5 minute walk or less to most of the main Avalon strip. Jeanie was super helpful, accommodating, and full of smiling assistance from beginning to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as an affordable, yet practical, alternative to some of the more inexplicably expensive lodging options on Catalina!"
