She gave my eyes a thorough checkup, and told me at each step what she was testing and how my results looked. She found I had some blockage of oil glands in my eyelids and gave me instructions both verbal and printed out on how to improve the condition. After the appointment she sent me a link to a video with further discussion of the condition and its treatments. Very thorough exam and follow-through!"
