"Wow. Empty reception & waiting area. They said they were at capacity. It’s got to be the worst act to go for urgent care. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN NEED IF MEDICAL CARE. NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKD THIS…EVER!!"

"A recent visit to pamf urgent care left a lot to be desired. They told me that they don't cover visitors insurance even though the insurance clearly shows pamf as being in network and pamf's website shows it as being in network. When I mentioned that it shows as being in network, one of the receptionists started shouting and talking in a loud voice. I even had the insurance provider connect with them and they continued to decline."

"Such a scam. I’m saving you trouble of suggesting you don’t go there or you will have to deal with unbelievable bills and deal with a scamming system. Went in for preventive care which should be fully covered and got billed for around $600. Not sick or anything they were just bill everything they could and can’t wait for you to show a sign of sickness I guess. I was perfectly healthy and felt so sick after the visits and endless bills. They even billed the 5min follow-up of telling me the blood work result as diagnostic. Their customer service was also rude, blaming everything on patient. Never going back again, ever. Before being a medical worker, first try be a human and think about how you’d feel like to be treated like this with someone u should trust. Take the money and I hope you all feel good of ripping off someone perfectly healthy and make them so sick of going to any preventive care ever. You are not curing ppl, you are making them sick than ever. I’m not sure how they were able to sleep at night."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE experience and even WORSE doctor, DR SHAW!!!!!! Not only did they waste my time, but ALSO MY MONEY!!!! They gave me the run around at urgent care just to send me to the physical medicine department for him to do and say absolutely NOTHING except i need to see my regular doctor! I dont have time and especially money to waste, and thats ALL they did!!! I made an appointment with my doctor but he wasnt available for a few months, so i went to urgent care PER THEIR INSTRUCTION for immediate help and they pretty much blew me off, again AFTER sending me to multiple departments only to collect more co payment!!! The final doctor only kept saying "yeaaaah" over and over when i tried telling him something and kept inturrupting me! Again his name is Dr. Shaw out of Mt. View, stay away!!!!!!"

"Long waits at urgent care (about an hour on this Friday). Folks seem reasonable but aren't friendly and not very on top of things. Often receive conflicting instructions."
