"This is a low income residential hotel that is being slightly refurbished on the inside. The new management team that started on May first 2019 is trying to run this place like a halfway house or rehab being that they seem to have been recent residents of those types of places. By law buildings like this is supposed to be run like apartments."
"I lived her for a few years. For the price and location good place. Yes there are a few eccentrics that live here. But if you get to know the management they are helpful and accommodating. This isn't a 5 stat location. Yes there are shared bathrooms on both floors and no elevators. But for a building that is over 100 years old it's not bad."
