"The thing about insurance for a business is you have to be able to trust one another. I started to lose my trust for Rural Mutual when they had four different agents take care of us over 2 terms. The one I had to call myself. He laughed at me when I told him I wasn't happy with me having to track him down personally. Their audit team is a mess. Auditing your customers every year like the projections I gave were made up to save us money or something. Never once did a claim and they non-renewed our policy at the last minute because I called them out on the poor service from the agents. I had to find a new insurance I could trust for our business, but I am glad I did."

They do audits and tell you that you owe them money but you produce bank statements showing them you have paid more than they are telling you that you owe they seem to forget that they did an audit. I was sent to collections for an audit they did internally and then when they were called out on the money paid they seem to have lost my number. Worst ever.
