"Disappointed! I tried to pick up my order I purchased online. The associate that was working there had told me they were about to close. I told him I was here to pick up my order, and he told me he couldn’t because the register had been shut down. There are 5 minutes left until closing. Shouldn’t you lock the door before you shut your register off?"

Our company used to use advance auto to stock all of our filters and other misc. maintenance parts for our light duty vehicles. Long wait times over the phone are a real killer. However, most of the drivers are really solid. We've gone completely to Bumper to Bumper for stocking because there customer service is phenomenal."
