"Extremely rude. Terrible service. Avoid this place. Charged $40 for staying one hour extra. The worst customer service you will ever receive. It will just ruin your experience."
"Very rude behavior. Don't know how to treat a guest. Their license should be provoked from tourism business."
"Just called to see how much a room to shower so for about an hour Indian said only have rooms for one night $250 Swear just because they hear a girl they try to play like we stup."
"To the user, Denissa Zapata, I live nearby and I too walked over to the motel. I was going to offer to pay for a room for a very well spoken elderly homeless woman who hangs out at the nearby donut shop sometimes. It was so cold one night that after I bought her something to eat I was going to put her in a motel for a night so she could be in a warm place for the night and shower as she smelled so bad I thought I would pass out. When I got home I dropped by this motel. I asked how much one night would be and the lady at reception said $250 a night,. I thought she was joking. However, she was not joking. I called and spoke to a man tonight and he said it was $150 per night plus tax. I think with the lady receptionist, if one is of a certain persuasion that the price is much higher when she sees you. Just my opinion. I may report this business. There are laws against this type of behavior."
"I live nearby and walked over to ask for a month stay for friends who will be visiting. The lady who came to the tinted window said no, only one night. $250 a night!!!! That's insane for the neighborhood we live in. I don't think she understood me well, her loss anyways"
