"There are some great shoes there, the prices are good enough. However, the customer service...well...I will say that it is clear that the employees are not motivated at all, large faces, barely answers any question. Not great customer service."

"A couple weeks ago, I bought my daughter her first pair of high heels at Shoe Department in the Janesville Mall, as the store was getting ready to close. The staff was rowdy and making us feel uncomfortable so after trying them on we purchased quickly and left. When we got home my daughter tried on the shoes in our house (on carpet and vinyl floors) and realized she was very uncomfortable with the heels and was afraid she'd twist her ankle so we put them right back in the box until we could return them and bought a different pair of shoes from another store. When I brought them into the store to return them today I was told they could not accept them and that the wear on them was more than just from in the store and wearing around the house. What?! I am so dumbfounded and don't know where to turn. Did I get a pair someone returned before? I don't know but I will not be shopping there again. That's $41 gone for a pair of shoes that sat in the box, nice."

"Very knowledgeable staff. A favorite blowfish Marley sweet grey washed canvas shoe has changed shades of gray. Now a dark dingy looking color but labeled the same as the light clean looking gray. No longer a favorite due to that change. I love how the staff knew immediately what I was after."

"The shoes are decent priced. Always find some unique ones. Sometimes things are a mess and I'm sad they didn't have the shoes my daughter wanted in her size. I tried to order them online but for whatever reason it couldn't ship to this store..so I had to pay $6 for shipping to my house. Was super bummed about that!"
