"I recently purchased 2 pairs of shoes from the store paid for both of them the same day when they did not have so I had to order them and have them shipped to the store the 2 females that were in there that day were very nice and respectful on big and respect so I respect everybody today was a different story I went in and picked up my shoes the lady asked me did I pay for them already I said yeah she then proceeds to ring me up and says $70 I told her again I already paid for them she immediately with an attitude and real snotty tone said well I just asked you that and again i replied well I just told you yea she then puts my shoes in the Box and bag push them towards me an in doing so knocking stuff off the counter again I'm big and respect so I let it go if you hate your job just quit"
"Didn't have the exact brand of shoe that was posted in their catalog,but they offered us to see if they were sold online. Which they they weren't so they shared other stores around that would have them in stock. They were also very polite and helpful."
