"Prices are through the roof for horrible quality clothes that will fall apart in a few washes. Little to no actual plus sized clothing. They only have new "trendy" clothes in xxs - L and thats it. Perfumes dont last, jewelery breaks fast, and staff was disrespectful and on their phones never paying attention. Hell, the "manager" there was on the phone with her child and spouce! So unreasonable. Would not recommend shopping here ever unless you are looking to be disappointed."
"My friend went in the store with her kids, one of them was special needs. The employee said her special needs daughter sounded like a demon. This employee should keep her/his comments to themself. Special needs people deserve to go and enjoy the stores. But after this experience she won’t be shopping there anymore as well as me. This is not right at all"
"Very cute, in style, on trend clothing. Typical mall brand pricing, nothing too over the top. Usually has good sales, always has a clearance section. They have great clothes, shoes, jewelry & other accessories that almost any girl will love. The employees are nice, and very helpful. They have multiple dressing rooms. It's a very nice store."
"Great experience at rue21. Always a very friendly staff willing to help you and go out of there way. The only complaint is that it is hard to move around some parts of the store because of the amount of clothing on the floor and sales racks, but hey, who doesn't like a sale. The sales girls were great at helping other customers, and knowledgeable in their products like perfumes and colognes."
"I love this store and I'm excited they got plus sizes! And I shop for my daughter and my son. They have cool stylish clothes for a reasonable price! Oh and I always get the perfumes I have my favorites and they're only $10 and last all day , I always get compliments on it."
