"This place is horrible. I've been a patient for over 25 years, back when they were Camino. Patient care has drastically declined and is no longer the same. You are better off going to VMC that's how ghetto this place has become. 1. PSR's (staff that make appointments) who blatantly lie about availability. 2. Lack of appointments due to physician shortage. 3. Unprofessional back staff (nurses, MA's). Each time you call in you are no longer speaking to someone local, they have out sourced to Utah where people are working remotely. The problem is that since they aren't in office, they have become lazy and don't want to do their job. There have been several times that I have called for an appointment only to be lied to and told there are no appointments. You might ask how I know, well the thing is every time I am told this I call back and happen to get a new representative who tells me they magically have several openings. This is dangerous as patients are seeking health care not a restaurant reservation. This has been ongoing for a few years now and yes I have spoken to customer care and filed grievances however they seem to not care as the issue has yet to be rectified. I understand they are hiring people with only a high school degree but you should be able to validate their customer service skills. If you get Allison P, Jessica or Kembria, just hang up and call again. Another issue, is lack of appointments. Whether it be same day appointments, physicals, specialty, you name it your going to wait. Specialty can wait anywhere from 3-6 months. Forget about same day, they unless you get someone who is helpful. If you want to see your doctor forget it, they'll book you with a PA or NP instead. What is the point of establishing care if you can't see your physician. Lastly, it seems the qualifications have also dropped for back staff as well. During a recent encounter I had a Medical Assistant who was antagonizing, and snapped at me because I didn't know PAMFS policy on covid. This place is a mess. I advise against coming here especially if you have a commercial plan, try Stanford, VMC or even a community doctor."

"Booked a vaccination appointment 2 weeks in advance. Drove 30min to location, arrived on, checked in online and found a 2hrs waiting line with people that all had an appointment. Great planning PAMF!"

"Very clean, nice, and quiet medical facility. On Saturday, there are lots of parking spaces. Look for a convenient walkway from the parking area to the building. There is a patient drop off by the curb near the entrance. Saturday is to serve appointment patients as it is not too crowded as some dept are closed."
