"I got this place at a decent price. Not the best neighborhood but did not feel very unsafe. Just a bit far from the rest of the LA metro area. The room was okay and clean and was actually did not smell of smoke- a big plus. They had a gated parking which was good as well. The staff was friendly for the most part, esp the guy who checked me in at night. He took $20 in cash as deposit but when I checked out, I was not returned the money by the person at the window. And there is no way to reach the hotel directly. So, beware, they take extra money in addition to your booking- that's why I am docking stars for that."

"Not the best place to call home.. but it's affordable and no internet service as they post on their sign. People that stay here are not friendly and have mental health problems & drug abusers issues."

"The pictures on the internet were pretty but when we got there it was nothing like the pictures and we have to pay 20 dollars for the key and remote we got to the and smelt bad then we turned the lights on there were cockroaches on the bed so we told the said to take picture so we did after three rooms we got a nice one didn’t see any bugs but when we shut the light off they were on the floor and it was really loud at night lots of homeless around the motel and the front office desk person was rude."

"Employees are charging you extra for a room then pocketing the money. I purchased 1 night at the hotel with 1 clerk.The following day before check out, I go to purchase 3 more nights. A different clerk. A tall tanned man charges me more for the rooms than the previous clerk. I told him why if I paid a different price. He then proceeds to say I was undercharged and charges me more for the difference. I pay because I need the room. The following day I check out. Get my deposit back minus $5 because I did not have my paper parking pass. I forget to ask for receipt. The day after that I go back for my receipt and the receipt does not match what I paid. I had paid more when the receipt says I paid less. I ask to speak to manager. They say manager will arrive shortly. I'm waiting, I also ask that they review cameras. They then tell me that manager will not come in today. And that the cameras will take a day to review. Instead of a manger trying to resolve a money issue, they just hide and avoid. Whoever owns this location has to audit their employees. And I'm still waiting for my proper receipt or the difference of what I paid extra, back."
