"be very aware if you decide to stay here. my girlfriend and i stayed there just one night. her and i woke up to get ready to leave the next morning and notice a bunch of blood spots on the side of the bed where i was sleeping. after doing some more looking around we found a bunch of bed bugs crawling around. after calling for the manager to come up, they sent the house keeping manger to look. they then told me they would comp my night stay and the manager would give me a call back. i have yet to receive either from them. my advice is to stay away. they had a sign saying new management. apparently they arent helping"

"Upon check-in (at midnight the night of arrival) the gentleman at the front desk did not know how to properly charge the room to our card. Which resulted in using two different credit cards, two calls to the same credit card company and a forty-five minute check-in wait time. We had been on a plane all day and were completely exhausted at this point. After verifying with our credit card company two times that the charge had in fact gone through and printing out our credit card statement which showed the charge he continued to attempt to charge our card multiple times. He also began to have an attitude with us and blamed it on our cards after our credit card company and credit card statement showed/told us that the charge had gone through. Also the bath tube in our room was dingy looking and the water temperature was inconsistent, the breakfast had very few choices and the waffles were soggy and unable to be properly cooked, the room was tiny and our air-conditioning was on some sort of motion sensor which in turn caused it to turn off all day and when we returned in the evening our room temperature was very uncomfortable. Needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel and will think twice before staying at another Choice Hotel."

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I checked in one night and once we opened the door to our room, we were greeted with a RANCID smell of sex and cigarettes. We were granted another room (mind you we were carrying a bunch of luggages) and the 2nd room was left open by someone and there were drinks everywhere. The 3rd room on the 3rd floor was already occupied. The 4th room was FULL of graffiti all over the walls.. when we FINALLY got a decent room, the next day (while we were sleeping) they checked someone else into our room and they walked right in! The woman who worked with us the night before "forgot" she put us in there.. PLEASE DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. Oh yea.. did I forget to mention how dirty the rooms look and the bugs?"

"DRUG INFESTED!!!!!!!! first family vacation was a nightmare at this hotel. I had 2 rooms, in the first room the TV didnt work so they moved us rooms (anyone that has traveled with the entire family knows what a hassel that is) The A/C did not work n either room, the sinks we clogged, and the kids couldnt walked outside without running into some sort of Drug Deal.People were roaming all night yelleing and knocking on our door thinking it was the drug dealing neighbor!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!! The Manager here is not at all helpful and if you have a complaint she will ignor your calls.... Stay clear of this hotel"

"To be fair, the 0 quality and facilities scores are because the service was so poor that I never actually checked in; the front desk representative told me off on the phone twice before I ever actually got there. Didn't even attack the guy, merely complained about company policy and his unreasonable adherence to it. Called immediately after booking on Priceline, at 6am, to request/ensure my room was a double twin bed room and to see if a smoking room was available. I was told I could not make those requests until check in after 3pm. I asked why, if I was willing to pay money for an upgrade now via credit card, should I have to wait and allow others the opportunity to book the amenities I was requesting. Because that's hotel policy. So, you mean to tell me that you will not accept guaranteed money now in order to satisfy a guest's request? You mean to tell me that you would rather deny a reasonable request AND risk not actually receiving cash for an available amenity? Yes, and yes. Well that's dumb. That's the way it is. Right, but don't you think is a stupid f'n business decision to refuse to take cash for an available service? Our front desk guy must have had a bad day, and told me off twice prior to hanging up on me at this point in our back and forth. I booked a room at the Four Points Sheraton in Downtown San Diego instead, where I paid 4x the money and receive 10x the service. Priceline is refunding me for my non-stay at the Quality Inn."
