"Customer service was friendly, they helped me load it into my van and provided some buffers. Overall the cut is great, everything was spot on with the exception of the length. It is about a half inch short. We didnt mind as we figured it was better to have to short of a piece of glass rather than a piece that is too long and over hangs. We are easy going people so we let it be and put the short end along the wall. If you are looking for an exact cut I suggest you measure the custom cut piece yourself before pickup."
