"I was in a bind with my battery constantly dying (or so I thought) and I stopped into the Mason street location about 8:30 thinking that they were open till 10 and would be able to help me potentially charge my battery or tell me what was wrong with it. Not only did Liz the manager offer to charge it even with them closing at 9, she tested the battery and saw that my battery wasn’t the problem, but that my left terminal was loose and she helped me tighten it back up so I had no further issues. She was super pleasant and helpful and I’ll always come back to this location after that!"

"Yesterday, on a Saturday I found myself needing a new car battery. Stopped in that morning and spoke to Jacob-very helpful! He advised I let my car run another 15-20 minutes and I did…for a better battery test. I decided to get a new battery and Dylan installed it right away. It is very nice to have a place to go to on a Saturday or Sunday for this kind of service! 3 year warranty on the battery as well."

"Staff here are so helpful.... Even when the computer isn't working correctly. Almost every time I'm there they have to switch to another computer for some reason. But they always figure it out somehow. Clean store well maintained. Very busy, this is the main store for Green Bay. They deliver parts to the other Autozones. Even when there are not retail clients, this store stays busy."
