"Bait and switch operation. I took my truck there for what should have been a simple front end alignment. They did a full inspection and took my truck out for a test drive which I never agreed to. They wrote up a long list of things wrong with my truck, steering box had a wet spot and said it was leaking, said shocks were leaking even though the feel fine, said I had a wheel bearing out. Also was told my ball joints were bad. Wrote me up a proposal for over $1000 in work. I said no thanks and took the truck to my regular shop who looked it over and said steering box had a very minor leak, ball joints are fine. Classic bait and switch attempt, sorry that some people would fall for that kind of business tactic. They could have just done the wheel alignment like I asked instead of making a bunch of lies to drum up business"

"I have been to the Ashwaubenon Tires Plus two times in the last year or so. Both experiences have been very good. First time was an "emergency" repair on my daughter's car to re-attach a heat shield that was dragging on the road. I picked them because I needed fast and close on a Sunday and was very happy with the service. They took us in immediately and fixed the problem for what I considered a nominal charge. The most recent visit was for a punctured tire on my wife's car. Got a nail in the sidewall, so it had to be replaced. They did not have a matching tire in the store, but they had one in Appleton. This was a Saturday, and they said they could get it delivered and installed on Monday... which was fine for us. We got a call on Sunday that the car was ready for pickup. One of the managers brought the tire up from Appleton and had it installed, so we got the car back a day earlier than plan. So far, the tire is round and still rolling. Thanks!"

"Had my car towed in the first week of February for a big job. Left wheel assembly completed disconnected from the drive axle. Cost me $1700 and when I got my car back there was grease and dirt all over the interior of my car. Spent an hour after I got it home cleaning. While the work was done right the experience at this location has never been satisfactory from a customer service perspective. Reading a lot of these reviews I see people saying the same and I’d urge you to trust them. The guys here are unprofessional, unfriendly and at times are downright rude and condescending. Plenty of other shops in GB that will treat you right and won’t try to clean your wallet out!"
