"Everything is perfect. Great location, comfortable bed, clean, all was lovely for my 5 days here. Only complaint and it’s very small and obviously wasn’t a deal breaker and I’d come back anytime. The pillows are a bit too big/firm. That’s all, other than that. Very happy with all. Thank you!"
"This was a very disappointing stay for a Westin. I stayed in a double room on a Saturday night in town for a concert. The room had a pocket door to the bathroom that screeched like nails on a chalk board when closing/ opening it. There was no mini bar in room but we saw an in room dining menu as well as dining listed for the lobby bar that would be open until midnight. When we returned from the concert around 11:30pm we were told the kitchen was closed as well as room service. The bar staff was rude collecting “last call” with no suggestions of where food was available and no interest in serving drinks. There is a market store in the lobby that was also closed so we were unable to acquire any food even after we spoke with the front desk and even asked for vending machines but there is literally no food available at this hotel after 10pm!!! This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard! The beds were comfortable but the pillows are horrible, with them all being super thick like sham fillers. Basically had a bad stay because we couldn’t eat or sleep after a great evening out in the neighborhood. Do not recommend!"
"I attended a work conference and meetings here, and it was a great place for events. This was the first hotel where I had eaten breakfast and lunch outside, which was a nice break from being inside a windowless room all day. Guest rooms were clean and relatively quiet, too."
"We had a truly excellent stay at the Westin. The hotel is attractive, rooms were fresh and clean with many thoughtful touches. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on, and the staff were warm and generous. It's a short trip from the airport very convenient for a stay in San Diego. Highly recommended."
"Rooms were great, I was upgraded to a room that I was able to get into right away. It was roomy, nice bathroom with all the amenities. TV with streaming, a desk and table to eat at if you had room service bring up food. Had a nice view of the ocean. The service was great, and I had house keeping everyday, it was great. The hotel was beautiful, in a good location and close to the airport. My stay was very pleasant indeed."
