"The staff & the hotel itself is very nice the rooms are spacious and it's quiet. It's right downtown, so you're not far from anything.. plan on paying a pretty penny for parking, also they need more people working the valet a few of the nights i was there i had to wait for valet but besides that, overall, I would recommend staying here."

"Staff were fantastic, particularly Albert who went above and beyond to welcome me and make my stay comfortable. Despite being upgraded to a renovated room, there is no sound proofing. When another door opens/closes it sounds like it's your room (they slam shut); you can hear people in adjacent rooms cough, use the hair dryer making it difficult to sleep or relax."

"Aside from a little hiccup when we arrived with maintenance issues our stay was great! Fletcher at the front desk was amazing and resolved our issues right away and was very kind and understanding. Hot tub and pool were nice. The bike rentals were a cool touch and the first 2 hours are complimentary! Overall a very pleasant stay!"

Unsettling Room Intrusion: Upon settling into our room, we were startled when a woman entered using her own key. She appeared confused and asked if we had checked in, explaining that our room was still marked as available. This incident raised serious concerns about our privacy and security. Heating System Malfunction: The day was exceptionally cold, and to our dismay, we found the room's heater wasn't working. After reporting the issue, the staff promised to send an engineer. However, an hour passed with no word from the hotel staff, so we sought refuge from the cold in the lobby. Eventually, we were informed that the door's keypad malfunctioned, preventing both us and the staff from accessing the room. Inadequate Response and Room Change: The shift manager eventually addressed the issue, offering apologies and having security open our room. We hastily moved to another room, only to discover that its heater was also non-functional. We were then informed that due to ongoing renovations, the heating system was not working in several rooms. Vacation Cut Short: By 9:30 pm, with the situation unresolved and the shift manager indicating there were no available rooms with a working heater, we faced the disheartening reality that our vacation was ruined. In light of these circumstances, we made the difficult decision to cancel our vacation and return home. The overall experience at the Westin Hotel was not only disappointing but also distressing, marked by a serious lapse in security, inadequate facilities, and a lack of effective problem resolution. This stay was a far cry from the quality and comfort we expected from the Westin brand."
