"I went to Oil Changers for the first time on 3/6/2024. The two gentleman working, I believe Trey and Terry, were very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. They were prompt and efficient and were able to answer a few questions I had. I appreciate the outstanding service! Its hard to find these days!!"

"Brought in a 2018 ford for an oil change and they didn't put the plug in right and stripped it, so it was all over the driveway, they did fix it though. Then brought in a car for a change and AGAIN they stripped it! Said they use an impact to tighten them?!?! Who in their right mind would use an impact?! No wonder they have reviews about stripping the plugs! Even a simple Google search says you shouldn't use that. Ugh. Update:next day after they fixed car oil plug, oil all on garage floor. Ffs"

"Overall a great place, very nice. HOWEVER, be careful I caught them adding additives and charging me the extra. I have a 40,000 mile car and they put high mileage oil additive in without asking if I wanted it or for my permission to do so. Watch them like a hawk."

"I had my oil changed. After I left and headed back to Egg Harbor, I heard metal scrapping on the highway and a ticking sound. The employees didn’t screw the metal covering on the bottom of my car back on right. The metal was dragging and was only 1/3?engaged. They forgot to put 2 of the screws back on, so the piece had to be removed. I was on Hwy 54/57, pulled off the highway. A stranger stopped to provide assistance. He went to his house, got tools, had his wife drive him out and he removed the piece so I could drive home. I paid the gentlemen and then called Oil Changers the following morning (this morning) but I didn’t get an apology, any offer to fix it, or anything. Not only was I stuck on the highway coming home, but the employee showed no sign of concern. This was EXTREMELY disappointing. This past week, I went back to Oil Changers to fix the metal covering to the underside of my car. The employees understood the issue and worked on my car upon my arrival. They called the manager who was helpful in not only fixing my car, but also providing a coupon to use for a future service. I appreciate their responsiveness and the apology to correct the issue. I will definitely go back to their business as I need service on my car."
