"Stayed here from Wednesday night to Saturday. From time of booking , there was no made mention that the complimentary WiFi will be down, along with the tv service. As parent traveling with 3 kids, it was a nightmare experience not having any form of entertainment. Worst of all, two terrible racially profiled room service experience, both channeled to my young daughter. ( reported to front desk and received an unconvincing apology) two different days , two different women , same dehumanizing experience. Almost as if they were forced against their will to come to work. I definitely will be following this up with Hilton, there should be no room for such behavior in a hotel environment. Only good part of my stay here was the breakfast and the team that managed it, they were exceptional and extremely welcoming."

"Fantastic hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved having a full size refrigerator to help keep overall cost down and not always eat out. Daily breakfast was good and loved that the offerings changed daily. My kids thoroughly enjoyed all the rotating carbs (pancakes, waffles, and french toast) and the daily carbs (muffins, cinnamon rolls, breads, and cereal). We all enjoyed the protein offerings of eggs prepared differently each day and either bacon, sausage, or ham. Fresh fruit and yogurt were good, too. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. We didn't have our room cleaned during our stay, but the staff always brought fresh towels, toilet paper, etc, as our needs required. Weather was too cool for swimming, but I'd say the pool itself was a bit disappointing. Relatively small for the size of the hotel and kind of blah. Adequate parking and elevators were plentiful and efficient. Loved that I was able to book a guest room with a Peloton bike in my room, too. It meant I was able to get in my daily workouts and stay with the kids while my husband went to the gym for his workouts. Hotel gym was average. Location is car dependent. Extremely convenient location for San Diego Zoo, Sea World, downtown San Diego, La Jolla, and Coronado. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"I have spent over 1,400 nights in hotels (over 600 with Hilton) and nothing will ever come close to being as amazing as the staff at this hotel! Frank and his food and beverage team all deserve raises. They strive for excellence and constantly deliver. The majority of the receptionists and staff also are far beyond average."

"I visited wit my family. The rooms and food are great, but you will be extra charged for parking each night, even being a Hilton honors member. Most of the hotels don't charge. I wrote, and they said I should have read that on their website."

"Our experience with Homewood Suits by Hilton was amazing. Rooms like new one, fresh and big. It's like one bedroom apartment, with kitchen and all utensils are there. Breakfast was included, as usual omelet, sausages, yogurt, milk, snacks, fruits like watermelon, melon, apples, banana. Also they have a swimming pool on the second floor. Location is great too, so close to Marina"
