"If you have any intentions of eating in or ordering food don't stay here. Uber eats postmates, door dash, papa John's and any other deliver food service I tried would not deliver here at all. Despite even the papa John's being less than a mile away and offering delivery to other areas. Staff has no suggestion to help out except some random Italian place that didn't show up on any map at a real address when I searched them"

"Very clean and well-appointed room. Service staff a desk was pleasant and friendly. Van driver was very accommodating and helpful. Food for breakfast was plentiful, good, and a wide variety. My only concern was that the hall carpets were stained with spills and had a small amount of trash on them. It didn't take away from the stay, though. I will definitely be coming back. My sister has booked as well, for a future stay."

"Excellent stay in this newer hotel near to the airport. The staff are fantastic - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with some gluten free options as well. What’s great about this place is its close proximity to beautiful parks and walking trails unlike any airport hotel we’ve stayed in. Historic Spanish Landing was just across the street for lovely waterside walks/runs and Liberty Station with its markets, shops, restaurants and green spaces. Awesome!"

"Fast (and free) shuttle pick up at the airport. We walked back to the airport in the morning and realized it is only about 10 minutes though. Property seems brand new. Rooms are well appointed and had everything we needed/you’d expect. AC worked great. Shower and room were extremely clean. Only downside was heavy noise from the room above us (we were on the 2nd floor). Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. Gym was great - big with lots of cardio machines and weights. Laundry worked great. Location is great for the airport and a run along the harbor front but not many restaurants within walking distance. Overall, exactly what you expect from a TownePlace Suites!"

"Three of us staying in a room with double beds. The television is mounted on wall next to bathroom. Several times nearly ran into corner of TV exiting the bathroom especially at night. See images, please... Why isn't the TV mounted on wall opposite the foot of bed between the gap of the wall mounted pictures? The first day we observed the trash had not been removed from the previous reservation. I spoke personally with front desk (Lily) and waited. I ended up taking the trash down to front desk myself. I was given a trash bag and he took the trash. I also picked up some additional towels as i planned to use the pool. I put them in the second drawer next to the bed for use during the stay. Well it's disturbing that on our scheduled day for changing of linens, towels, etcetera the housecleaning person went through the drawers and removed the towels. Why was housecleaning going through dressers drawers? Did housecleaning go through our luggage as well? For anyone planning a visit here I would not recommend obtaining a room on second floor on the back side near the entry doors of this establishment. The reason is that there's some heavy equipment that runs continuously and vibration are felt. If you have sleeping challenges I can't recommend it. The breakfast area and choices are outstanding, thank you!!! The lobby has amazing places to sit and read or just relax. Overall it is a very nice place just had some concerning hiccups"
