"Went in for an oil change and car wash. 1/2 mile down the road after my heat shield fell off. I went back to have them put it on and the guy that worked on it said "screws must have vibrated off"-sure all 6 of them. I asked for the manager and he said the same thing. Just admit you screwed up and apologize. I went over to the car wash side and asked for a manager there. After explaining what happened to the manager there-she just looked at me. Car wash guys always do a nice job, but I will not go back to the oil change side. Don't trust them any more. $88 bucks later!"
