"Took my Outback for some brake work because it was pulsating when braking. They said they got it fixed. Drove home and the problem was worst than when I took it in. Brought it back to get looked at again. They said the rotors are not resurfaced and that was done. Drove home it was much much better. Took the car down to Oklahoma. Almost made to Tulsa, but when my wife tried to brake we heard a metal rattling sound coming from the back of the car. Brake lights starts to show up. Eye sight lights on. Every time she brakes we can hear metal rattling from the back. It was getting scary so we slowly drove into a repair shop. They found out that one of the caliber bolt for one side of the back brake was missing and that the caliber have been lifted from the rotor. We had to spend two extra nights and took 2 days of vacation for the lousy job that Don Miller did. They didn't even reimburse us for the hotel stays or the extra vacations days that we had to take off for their careless work. Now in the winter when we put the air on for fresh air there is a cold air coming from the cabin. I took a look today and the cabin air filter door was not even put on. Wide open. Sad that a dealer this big would do such a lousy job. Never will I ever going back to this dealership. Done all my maintenance here since I bought my Outback."
