"I chose to wait in one of the comfortable waiting areas while my vehicle was serviced. I was kept informed of the maintenance progress as it was in work. Additional concerns regarding a couple of minor issues were brought to my attention. As this vehicle’s history was not in the Zimbrick system/database, and considering the mileage point, I thought it best to have the service technician’s recommendations of service performed."

"Brought my Buick into for an oil change. They over-tightened the oil pan bolt to the point that I had to find someone to drill it out. Mistakes happen though, so I opted to give them a second chance when my ABS light came on. HUGE MISTAKE. Whoever is answering phones treated me with such disregard and disrespect that I can safely say I will never be giving my service to them again, warranties be damned. They are unprofessional as can be, and don't care if they have your business. Don't waste your time with them, go to McDermott's or Garcia's auto repair, they actually care."

I have possed this vehicle for 6 months and already paid $1400 in services to repair or tow the vehicle. David C.
