"Have always liked the main service department at Kayser Ford. I would NOT recommend the quick lane. Had an okay experience when I was there but had issues later, called and staff was rude. Got my oil change in the quick lane. They tested the battery and the report said it was at 80/90%… Next day left for my road trip 2 hours away. We had to jumpstart my car. The following day had the same issue. My Explorer would not start and had to jump it again two separate times throughout the day. There was no lights left on, or doors left open. Trunk would not close using remote and doors would not unlock when putting hand in handle. Mechanics in my family did some tests to determine it’s the battery. Took it to auto store and had it tested. Battery test said it is in the last quarter of its life. Starter and alternator test came back as perfectly fine. Called the Quick lane to see if they would be understanding and helpful to get it fixed upon my return from my trip and they were rude and said they would need to do their own tests. No, “I’m sorry about the inconvenience we would be happy to recheck it and come up with a solution” or anything like that. I understand needing to do their own tests but they were rude and it’s pretty coincidental that I had no issues until the day after I had it serviced here. This was an extreme inconvenience to my trip and I will not return due to how rude they were."
"I'm writing a review for my lady. The last 3 times she's taken her car here something has gone wrong. Most recently, she took her Focus to get an oil change. They brought the car to her with a broken rear windshield wiper that no longer works the way it should. She immediately talked to the shop manager and he said there was nothing he could do and he would have to charge her to fix it. The oil change prior to that, something was bad enough that they had to ask her to come back in and had it corrected. They never told her what it was just that they needed her to bring the car back. Then, the time before that, she purchased a new set of tires from them. As soon as she got it on the highway she began to hear a wobble from her front passenger axle. She brought it back to them and they said there was nothing wrong with the car. I've personally brought the car here a few times and never had an issue. But it seems like if you're of non white decent and speak broken English this place tries to take advantage of you. This place or any kaiser ran shop will get another cent from us. She also gave them a review but somehow it was taken off."
"Kayser Quick Lane. We won't be back. They stripped out a bolt when rotating our tires. This made the process take an additional hour and a half. Service made this out to be a major inconvenience for them and they provided poor service as a result. While they didn't charge for the labor for their error they also didn't offer any compensation or discount for the time wasted. Just a $5 discount if we came back again, which we won't."
"Took my Ford Escape at 8:30 on a Saturday morning for tire rotation and oil change. My car was taken in right away and 30 minutes later it was ready to go. Got in and out fast. Tech went over everything with me. Explained things to me about what was done. They do not take appointments. Walk in service only. I would recommend getting there early on a Saturday morning since that is not normally a busy time for them."
"I've used these guys for a few different vehicles over the years and always have an excellent experience. Staff really takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done without over selling you. They are very thorough and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. I always leave feeling impressed at the services I received compared to the price I pay. Last evening, I came in 30 minutes before close with a flat tire. Not only did the boys repair the hole promptly despite closing soon, they gave me the service free of charge. This shop is the best bang for your buck hands down. Thanks guys, really made a not so good end to the day turn completely around as usual. See you next time!"
