"What's the point of offering the convenience of a 10-minute oil change if you make customers sit there for more than 10-minutes because you're apparently closed during your open hours? You should really update your posted hours. I was there more than an hour after you say you're open today, and no one is even answering the phone. Just tried calling again (now 2pm) and again no one is answering. EDIT: changing to 5 stars because when I drove back they were very thorough and very pleasant! They were also training and I learned some things myself!"

"I figured I would give Take 5 to change my oil in my truck. Since I usually change it myself. That was the biggest mistake I ever made, at even 50% off the price. This place is a totally ripoff. I broke down the bill. $13.00 for a quart of oil 50% off. So overpriced never again will I go there. What a con overpriced. I pick up the same quart of oil at a auto store for $9.00. Take 5 normal price would cost me for a oil change around $160.00. Excuse me. Take 5 is a total ripoff. Never again"

"I really appreciate that this is an oil change shop, thats it. The guys get you in quickly, get your oil change done quickly. You don't even have to get out of your car, which is fantastic!! This is my go-to car place now. I've been to other places where the employees have a lengthy (and very annoying) "up-sell" computer-based 'script' they have to ask every customer in line--even when all you want is a simple oil change. A simple oil change tuns into an hours-long wait. Hate that. Take 5--You deserve 10 stars....."
