"I'll say this in English and Spanish no gastas tu $80 aqui. Roaches everywhere I came here trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I recently just Monday morning 12 am paid in cash my fault for two nights the grumpy old woman says check out 10 am I said no give me back my money or let me stay what I paid for. Mind you these people just clean they leave stuff in rooms behind from other guests. Don't fully clean. I told them I'll call the police if they don't let me finish my stay. This was last minute I am a truck driver .went to work this morning to find out they sold my room to other guests so the husband gave me another room. I told them never will I rent here again. No gastas aqui. Son rateros. Hay cocarachas por todos Los lados. Horrible hospitaly. Servicio horrible."

"These people steal your money off your credit card. Deny refunds and are absolutely dirty. Room had numerous little critters (roaches). Cleanliness is horrible. I would not reccomend anyone to spend a dollar nor penny with Bixby knolls motel Long Beach establiment. The place should be tore down with a tent of it. Don't waste a second of your time. Management /owners should be replaced with new ones. I need Corporate number."

"The owners/management...if that's what they are called, are HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Most small motels like these have same issues. Good local, room passes, barely. Management, OVER!! NO WAY, I'LL TAKE THE BUS BENCH."

"Disgusting !! Couldn’t even last an hour in this motel. I felt something crawling on me and it was a bed bug! I went to go tell the manager right away and he came to check the room, seen it with his own eyes and killed it. My partner even showed him where he got bit and all the manager tried to do was offer my partner and I another room but we refused, even kept mentioning that nobody else had issues and even had the nerve to accuse us of bringing it ourselves. Terrible customer service for denying a refund, even if they have a no refund policy they should have still accommodate it. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone, it’s not worth the stay."
