"Staff was friendly the room was clean the rooms are big with a big bathroom and bug free refrigerator in room microwave in lobby Icy machine vending machines and ATM on premises plenty of parking"

"I paid $160 a day for 2days in room 106 with the spa jacuzzi and I was told later on that this is not the price it is 130 and the desk clerk robbed me. He is a young strongly cross-eyed Indian at the desk looks no more than 25 with a nervous twitch. He stole my money and told me I had to check out after the after 2 days. I believe he tried to upsell me by inflating the price on the room so I couldn't get it then when I paid for it had to get me out of there because he was actually stealing. I plan on filing a complaint thru my bank for the excessive charges. Call first or get quote the child I dealt with is a LIAR!"

"Place had roaches in it someone tried to come in my room.then to make it worst my girlfriend got ate up by bed bugs.Kids running up and down hall way . The lady at the window at 11am was rude for 160 a night smh."

"I am not very happy with my stay I paid 160 for one night on a weekday check out time is at 11 and then I had to pay 60 for 3hours more while I was putting on a chemical on my hair professionally I have to remove it completely or else my hair will fall out and they came inside my room while I was in the shower and then told me I had 5mins to get pack all my things and leave the room even after I ended up paying for 2nights it clearly says 85 a night on here and I am 220$ for one night and 3hours and now I will be homeless on the street with no money til I get my general relief next month I will do to my best to see if some sort of socal service or law maker/ whistleblower can come and realign the order of these rules and prices are price Guaging stealing from the homeless without any extended stay or support even when the old man want to come inside the room and look at me naked I still have to pay for a room that has to be illegal somewhere in the books or something has to be done Rightfully and immediately"

"Hi first of all it's too price for the whole night so me and my partner get it for a few hours. We both work graveyard shift so we can get pretty exhausted at times. Unfortunately because the cleaning staff would forget to call or knock at checkout time. They would be knocking like a hour later and be upset at us for not leaving on time. Last time i checked it didn't state we needed to check ourself out nor it's our responsibility to do so. If that's the case then i should be getting paid to do so. I mean they hire people to clean the rooms and check people out its not my fault that they would forget and we are tired that's why we get the room to begin with. We wake up as soon as they knock or call for check out. So for this reason....one star next time hire people who can be responsible for checking out guest on time."
